Can we use Teams as our phone system?
Yes, Teams Phone with direct routing into UAE-compliant SIP is our most common build. It's clean, well-licensed and one less vendor.
Will porting break our numbers?
Done properly, no. We schedule porting out-of-hours and run parallel routing during cutover.
Is the UAE TDRA approval painful?
It's a process. We've done it many times and handle the paperwork.
Do you do call recording for compliance?
Yes, including for regulated trading desks, encrypted, retention-controlled and exportable for audit.
