OPS IT exists because most IT companies sell tickets. We sell the absence of them. The work is unglamorous, methodical, and almost entirely invisible when it's done well, which is exactly the point.
The companies we work for don't have time to think about IT. They have boards to brief, deals to close, buildings to deliver, and tenants to keep happy. They need someone in the background who treats their infrastructure like their own, and who has the discipline to keep treating it that way after year three, year five, year ten.
We started OPS IT in 2015 to be that someone. Not a help-desk. Not a reseller. An infrastructure practice, the same way an architecture studio is a practice. Long projects. Long relationships. A small team that knows your environment intimately.
