Do you work with our main contractor?
Yes, almost always. We act as the IT specialist subcontractor or as a direct-to-tenant package, whichever the project structure prefers.
Can you start mid-project?
Yes, but earlier is better. The biggest savings come from being in the design coordination meetings, not the snagging walks.
Do you handle the landlord coordination?
Yes, riser access, building management, ISP cross-connects, in-building DAS coordination. We've been through it many times.
What's the handover deliverable?
A documentation pack: as-built drawings, cabling certification, network diagrams, asset register, access credentials and a 30-day defects warranty.
