Do you replace our internal IT person?
Sometimes. Often we work alongside one, they handle BAU, we handle the heavy lifting, design and out-of-hours. We're flexible on the split.
What's your response time?
Depends on the tier. Foundation: 1 hour P1. Business: 30 minutes. Enterprise: 15 minutes, all contractual, with service credits if we miss.
Do you use offshore tier-1?
No. Every engineer who answers your call is on our payroll, in the UAE.
What does pricing look like?
