Can you take over an existing AV estate from another integrator?
Yes. We do this regularly. We start with a documented audit, surface what's failing silently, and bring it under a single support contract, usually with cost savings.
Do you handle the joinery and cable trunking, or just the AV?
We handle both. Our project managers coordinate with your fit-out contractor (or run it ourselves) so the cable paths, power and trunking are right before the rack arrives, not retrofitted afterwards.
How do you charge for ongoing support?
A flat quarterly fee per room based on complexity. No per-incident billing. No surprise invoices the week after a board meeting goes badly.
Can you make Teams Rooms 'just work'?
Yes, and we measure ourselves on it. Single-touch join, named user experience, managed updates and a proactive monitor that flags drift before your CEO notices.
